Marketing that behaves like it belongs to you.
The Llama Life is a full-stack, AI-powered marketing partner. We consult, we build, and where it makes sense, we embed inside your team, not to run the show, but to leave it stronger than we found it.

Most marketing teams aren't short on effort. They're short on alignment.
Sales and marketing chase different numbers. AI search has quietly become a discovery channel nobody's optimizing for. The martech stack has opinions of its own. None of this is a reflection on the people doing the work, it's what happens when a lot of good tactics never got organized into one system.
That's the gap we try to close.
A closer look at what we're solving for →Three ways in, depending on what you actually need.
Consult.
Some teams don't need more hands, they need a second perspective in the room. We run audits, sharpen positioning, and show up for the strategy conversations that are easy to keep postponing.
Build.
Some teams need the work done, start to finish. We take on full programs, strategist, project manager, creative, and report back on a rhythm you can plan around.
Embed.
Some teams are ready to build the capability in-house. We come in as fractional leadership, help shape the team, and hand off once it can run without us. The handoff is the point, not a footnote.
Not sure which one fits? Let's talk it through.
A handful of disciplines. Meant to work as one system, not a menu.

We rarely recommend all of it at once. Most engagements start with two or three of these and expand as the picture gets clearer.

The name is a small argument about how brands should feel.
A llama doesn't rush to make its point. It's steady, a little understated, and it tends to be right about the pace things should move at. We liked that as a model, for the work, and for how we show up in it.
The "life" part is less about tone and more about a belief: a brand that only exists as a PDF isn't really a brand yet. It has to hold up in a sales call, on a careers page, in a founder's LinkedIn post, on a bad quarter. That's the version we try to build toward.
More on how we think about brand →We also spend a fair amount of time inside the hold period.
A meaningful part of our work is with portfolio companies and the operating partners backing them, usually because marketing got deprioritized somewhere between close and exit, and it's starting to show up in CAC, win rates, or how the story reads in diligence. It's different enough from our general work that we've written about it separately.
Read about our private equity work →A few numbers, offered plainly.
We'd rather not lead with these, results depend heavily on where a company starts, but they're a reasonable summary of what tends to happen when the system comes together.
Pipeline typically starts moving faster.
AI search visibility improves noticeably.
Most website rebuilds land without disrupting pipeline.
If you want specifics for a situation like yours, that's a better conversation than a stat block.
If any of this sounds familiar, we're happy to talk it through.
We're taking on new clients right now. We read every inquiry ourselves, and we'll get back to you within a couple of days.
